Studio Seaview offers rental spaces in the heart of Midtown Manhattan’s Theater District, including a private rehearsal studio and a 296-seat proscenium theater. Available for rehearsals, staged readings, workshops, performances, photo shoots, private events, and more.

Located at 305 West 43rd Street, just steps from Times Square, the standalone rehearsal studio provides maximum privacy and a focused environment without shared studio traffic, while the theater offers access to an Off-Broadway stage and fully seated house in the heart of New York City.

THE REHEARSAL STUDIO

FULL PRIVACY. YOUR OWN REHEARSAL FLOOR.

The Rehearsal Studio on the third floor is available for rehearsals, staged readings, workshops, dance, and film or photo shoots. Studio hours are 9:00am–6:30pm six days per week (excluding holidays). Longer-term lockout rentals are preferred, with shorter bookings considered on a case by case basis.
